The Village of Hamel provides water, sewer and trash service to our residents.

If you are moving into Hamel, you can start these utility services by visiting the Village Hall at 111 South Old U.S. Rte 66 from Monday – Friday, 8am-3pm.

To start water/sewer/trash service, you will need to bring a valid identification (driver’s license or state I.D) and $150.00 deposit (cash or check only).

Once you have started these services, we encourage you to register your account online to take advantage of several features we provide including online bill pay, usage history and financial history. Additional features include:
